Lisa H. Williamson ()                                                          

Lisa Williamson is a 1981 graduate of the University of Georgia College of Veterinary Medicine. She completed a combined Large Animal Medicine Residency and Master’s Program at the University of Georgia in 1990, and is a Diplomate of the American College of Veterinary Internal Medicine. Dr. Williamson is an Associate Professor in the Large Animal Medicine Department at the University of Georgia. Her clinical responsibilities include taking fourth year veterinary students out on calls to see horses, small ruminants, llamas pigs, and cattle that are owned by local large animal clients and University farms. Her primary research interest is in the area of small ruminant gastrointestinal nematodes.
